Most days, I spend twelve hours being someone else. What stayed with me wasn’t the fragrance or the flowers. It was that, for once, nobody needed anything from me. I slept that evening without replaying tomorrow’s scenes.
I nearly cancelled because there was always one more call. I’m glad I didn’t. My calendar was exactly as full the next morning, but I felt more like the woman who built this business in the first place.
There are days when everyone waits for my answer. This was a rare afternoon when I didn’t have to make a single decision after I arrived. It sounds small. To me, it meant everything.
Four Sundays. That was the promise I made to myself. Somewhere during the month I started switching my phone off at dinner, taking walks again, and making plans that weren’t for work. The change was in the way I treated my own time.

Can I arrange a session at a hotel?
Private residences and five-star hotel suites within Mumbai may be considered. Hotel bookings depend on each property's guest, visitor and treatment policies, and are confirmed before any appointment.
Are price and timing confirmed before payment?
Yes. The displayed prices identify the requested experiences; exact inclusions, the final quotation, applicable taxes, any travel arrangements and cancellation terms must be agreed before payment. Kāyakalpa is the only multi-session experience.
